Individual Coaching – one on one private and confidential coaching

When Ann is working with you one-on-one, it is her highest objective to help you reach your purpose, vision and goals by working through John Maxwell’s programs specific to your needs. Together, you will create a strategic, powerful plan for you to gain clarity on:

  • What are you doing to invest in yourself?
  • What are you doing to invest in others?

Group – small setting onsite or via webinar and video technology

When Ann is working in a group setting, although it’s not singular in nature, having the entire group’s input in thinking magnifies the richness of the discussions and results in developing solutions that are above and beyond what any individual can create. The cohesive bond that is formed empowers each person to develop the leader within and shine in a safe environment that nurtures the group as a whole. It is an experience unlike any other and follows the same premise as an academic think tank.

Ann’s coaching approach was logical, insightful and spiritual. I found it to be a very unique and non-threatening way to open your thoughts to all of the possibilities of what one’s strengths, interests and opportunities might be. It benefited me to continuously realize that by me staying positive and focused that I can achieve things that I want rather than have to settle for.  – Services Global Process Owner

Meeting with Ann was a “Divine” appointment. She encouraged me both professionally and personally…she is an awesome coach! She helped me to change the way I think about myself and my home. Ann walked me through the process of evaluating my strengths, weaknesses, and interests, leading me to seek a career I would enjoy. She encouraged me to believe in myself, be positive, and to embrace changes and challenges. Ann will tell you to “Focus on what you can do instead of what you can’t do” and “If you are not happy with your career or personal life…change it!” Life is about choices and attitude and Ann encouraged me to be all I can be!
